* Rates are considered per apartment per day for 2 people. Daily supplement of Euro 20,00 for each extra person.

Rental period can start and finish any day of the week.
For stay of at least 14 days, a reduction of 10% is applied on the above tariffs
A deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival (damage cover). This deposit will be returned upon check-out.
To confirm the reservation, a payment of one third (1/3) of the total amount of the stay is required, by wire transfer. The outstanding balance is due on arrival.

Check out time: 11.00 am
CANCELLATION POLICY: the sum paid to confirm the reservation will be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival upon receiving a letter (by e-mail or fax). No refund will be given for "no-shows". There won't be any refund in case of an early departure during the stay.
Extra linen and towel change on request: Euro 10,00 per person
Cleaning of the apartment on request: Euro 15,00 per hour
Final cleaning fee: Euro 40,00
Daily cost parking: Euro 15,00
